Today I had tacos de birria and they were the best tacos I've had in a long time! I also like to buy my tortillas there. Grocery store tortillas are terrible!
Nice little market. Very friendly people that understand customer service. The food at the deli/restaurant at the back is very good. Also grilled meats outside with an area to sit at. Heard the food outside is good and I know the inside food is very good! So I'd have to say it's worth the effort to check it out.
oh how i missed my trips to this Carniceria !! Things have changed a bit. I thought I've give their restaurant a shot. nope. it was moments until 4pm and I would Never do that! They stop serving at 4. that's right about the time I'm rolling off my heating pad. I bought a half dozen green corn tamales and sadly, they have changed their Tamale Magician. They were wet, really wet, and sweet. I'll give it another try. I love the abundance of cheese! I love queso Oaxaca! Pleasant staff! Between them they were able to decipher my high school Spanish; no charades were needed at ALL! They carry some of my flavor profile items! I love this place.

Great place for savory spicy Birria, mouthwatering tamales, rich caldos, tasty carne asada and flavorful tacos! All made are fresh! The ladies that work here are so polite and accommodating! Candy and other imports from Mexico are available including delicious variety of salsas. To eat here is delightful, enjoyable and pleasurable!
